To Parents, Teachers, Pastors & others –

The East Westwood Improvement Association and Westwood Civic Association recently received grant funding from the City of Cincinnati to launch a joint neighborhood Youth Council project.

Adults from both neighborhoods have met several times to begin laying the foundation for this program. While adults will provide guidance, direction and program supervision, it is the YOUTH who will ultimately define and lead it. As members of the Adult Advisory Group, we are committed to ensuring that youth are empowered and have a voice, choice and shared leadership as we build this program together.

We need your help to spread the word about an upcoming “Kick-Off” event that will highlight much more information about the program, and begin to sign up youth for participation.
